Mechanism

Mefenamic Acid
Inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis responsible for pain and inflammation.
Paracetamol
Acts centrally by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis and regulating the hypothalamic heat center to reduce fever.
